Air Quality

How Weather Affects Air Quality

Satisfactory: Days that are warm and breezy or rainy are good air quality days

Moderate: Days that are partly cloudy and breezy or nights that are breezy have moderately good air quality

Unhealthy for sensitive groups: Days that are partly cloudy with no breeze or nights that are partly cloudy can cause harms to sensitive groups (which can include individuals with lung problems, older adults and children)

Unhealthy for everyone: Days that are high humidity or nights that are very cloudy are unhealthy for everyone

Very unhealthy: Extremely hot days and clear nights lead to extremely bad air quality that may lead to more serious health impacts
